Over the holidays, we ran a fundraiser for the Tesori Family Foundation but in case you forgot who they are and what they do: Paul Tesori is a former PGA Tour player and currently Webb Simpson’s caddie. Paul and his wife started The Tesori Family Foundation in 2009 to give back to those in need in northeast Florida. After the arrival of their son, Isaiah and his extra special chromosome in 2014, they expanded throughout the United States to help all special needs children!
For the last several years, the Tesori Family Foundation has hosted a golf clinic in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL for special needs children during TPC week. The clinic has now expanded to five stops along the PGA Tour! Jordan Spieth continues to be a part of this event as a coach for the children. His sister is also special needs so he truly enjoys helping in any way that he can.
This year Josh Scobee, former Jacksonville Jaguars kicker, came out to the clinic and NBC Sports announcer, Jimmy Roberts, also came to the event and took over the mic for a little bit!
We have had the privilege of being a proud sponsor for this wonderful event for the last several years and nothing beats seeing the children’s smiling faces while enjoying the great game of golf!
