It was a long process due to the complexity of my case I had but in the end, it was definitely successful. Carla is a wonderful attorney. She was informative and had compassion, which was very important to me. She kept me up-to-date with any information that I needed to know and handled my case very well. Superb is the one way to describe the service from this office.  The paralegal, Chuck Falls, is amazing to work with.  Answers calls and emails in a timely manner. Pleasant, easy to talk to. Brad and Sara took great care of me. Unfortunately, I needed to use them twice, but they worked well with the medical providers and insurance to settle my case as quick as possible. The support staff/paralegal staff at this firm are so helpful.  Mr. Chuck is so knowledgable with personal injury cases.  He  always kept me up to date with case with a weekly email. Had them handle my workmanscomp case. They mis led me about my settlement at mediation, My attorney Mike seemed to be more of a lay down then a fighter. If i had not done my own research on depositions i would not have been ready. Then after settlement they have held my money for longer so they can collect interest on it. I have had a case going on for almost 5 years. It has been passed from person to person. I never know who has my case because I receive no phone call. I have called always told they are on the phone would you like to leave a message. I leave a message with my name why I'm calling and my phone number. Never receive a call back. I referred a friend to Attorney Michael McGrath for representation in a car accident.  Like me, she had a really good experience with his firm.  I had previously used another attorney at McGrath Gibson for assistance with an auto accident and found the staff and attorneys to be very helpful.  Several times I received calls after business hours and even on weekends.  My case ended well and I got a good result.
