McGRATH GIBSON, in a matter of months, was able to secure the client the back surgery that she needed to feel better, and to negotiate with the insurance company to secure a tender the policy limits in this case.
McGRATH GIBSON was able to secure a tender of the policy limits in this case due severity of the client’s injury, a fractured ankle, which resulted from a car accident negligently caused by another person.
This was a car accident case where the client had injury to the knee and the back. He required surgical intervention, and McGRATH GIBSON was able to negotiate a tender of the policy limits in the case.
A construction worker was injured by falling cement at a construction site. After the worker’s compensation case was resolved, we filed a negligence claim against a third party contractor who’s employee cause the accident.
